Anxiety relief

We believe in integrative management of anxiety. By working together with a care team for instance your GP, psychologist and naturopath your treatment ensures better outcomes than going it alone.

Anxiety is very common and in many cases a natural response to everyday ongoing stressors. We see anxiety as a message from the body that things are out of balance. This may be due to a nutritional deficiency, toxicity, poor diet and lifestyle choices, life events, crisis, stress and so on.

While it is essential to uncover the underlying driver of this symptom, it’s also encouraged to provide relief.

Our anxiety relief tonic contains high grade passiflora incarnata (passionflower) which has comparable anxiolytic activity to valium without the unwanted side effects, tolerance and dependence.

Actions include:

  • anxiolytic (reduces anxiety)
  • sedative (calms the nervous system)
  • hypnotic (aid sleep – particularly sleep onset)

Dose: 15 – 40 mL / week

$65 for 200 mL
